The Block judge Marty Fox and his wife Charlotte have sold their Mornington Peninsula cottage for a neat $2,050,000, proving that the Real Estate expert can practice what he preached to us this season on the reality reno show.

Located in the charming suburb of Red Hill — just minutes from the region’s famed wineries and coastline — the pretty c.1950s cottage sits beneath towering water gums and boasts a generous 1548 square metre garden.

After buying the property in 2021, the couple have lived in the home on a part-time basis, when they’re not in Melbourne. However, their recent Toorak purchase and Melbourne commitments have reportedly left them with less time to travel to the Peninsula.

Their dreamy coastal cottage was therefore put on the market, and sold on 16th October 2024 well within the asking price range of between $1.9 and $2.09 million.

The property’s traditional features are lovingly retained inside the property, with the interiors cleverly blending period charm with modern design.
